You may receive an automated email notifying you that your withdrawal has been cancelled. Don’t worry if you didn’t cancel it, below are a few reasons why we may have cancelled the withdrawal.

If the beneficiary details are missing some information, our operations team might cancel the withdrawal and expect the client to create the beneficiary again using the correct information. Processing the withdrawal with incorrect information may result in longer processing times.

Another reason could be when the client booked the exchange, the rate offered was lower than the one our operations team ended up booking for the exchange. Therefore, the withdrawal is automatically cancelled so the client can confirm they are happy with sending more money to the beneficiary account.
